Rent a new TOYOTA Landcruiser car to travel across Mongolia

The minimum rental duration is only 3 days but take at least a week but better two to three weeks time to explore the country on your own Mongolia expedition like the Backroad Vagrants - get inspired from their blog. The rental price per day starts at $150.
You can rent the off-road legend in Ulaanbaatar downtown next to the Central Square/Sukhbaatar Square in the Blue Sky Hotel at the SIXT rent a car station. Upon request the car is delivered to your hotel in Ulaanbaatar like the Kempinski Khan Palace, Shangri-La Hotel, Best Western Tuushin, Ramada Hotel and Holiday Inn or to any of the domestic airports (Dalanzadgad Airport in the Gobi, Ulgii Airport in Bayan Ulgii close to the Altai Mountains, Murun Airport close to Lake Khuvsgul) as well as to any Transsiberian Train Trainstations (Sukhbaatar, Darkhan, Erdenet and Sainshand at the Energy Center).

You don't feel comfortable driving and traveling alone? No problem, a guide or english speaking driver can accompany you upon request.
Mongolia is a huge campground and camping under the stars is definitely a must do. Therefore we recommend the modern rental camping set from Heimplanet. The tents can be setup within 60 seconds and resists the winds of the desert. Chose among a light 1-2 person Fistral tent, or The Cave for 2-3 persons or the Nias for up to 6 persons.
In case you don't want to camp every night, just let us know and we will arrange other types of accommodation for you.

Additional Important Information
All participants need to carry a valid passport with Mongolian visa.
Drivers need an in Mongolia accepted and valid driving license as well as a credit card for the deposit for the rental car (4,000,000MNT), which will be refunded two weeks after the tour.
Trip Cancellation And Refund Policy
There is no refund for cancellations. We highly advise you to purchase a travel cancellation as well as general travel health insurance from your trusted insurance provider. Participants are responsible for their own health during the trip and any costs related to health and injury treatments. Participants need to sign a liability waiver on the day of arrival. We highly recommend all participants to purchase a travel health insurance from their trusted insurance provider before the trip.
